These Nike Romaleos 4 were absolutely wonderful right out of the box. The comfort is top-notch and the performance is spectacular. It has helped me significantly, especially in my overhead squat where I typically struggle.
These lifters will take your performance to the next level! These shoes are absolute gamechangers! On the very first day that I wore them on a Leg day, I could feel the substantial difference. I was able to lift more weight and most importantly, I felt safe and confident while doing so. The shoes are designed to reinforce good posture while you perform a movement, by forcing you to keep your chest up. I definitely recommend purchasing a 1/2 size up from your normal shoe size because these shoes run narrow at the front.
Perfect heel height. Feel heavy, substantive. Provide amazing support and stability for squats. Feel like a magnet connected to the earth how stable they are. Toe box a little small, but maybe will expand with wear.
Easy purchasing experience and fast shipping. Shows are almost identical to the pics, just a little brighter. Not a concern for me but keep that in mind. Shoes are comfortable with a stiff sole. Too soon to know yet if they loosen up. The heel is not too high for me. Great show overall so far.
