The shoe is excellent. Definitely lighter than the Nike Romaleos 2. You should get 1/2 a size up from your current weightlifting shoes (If they are Rom2's). Toe box is really flexible. Downside is purchasing these shoes to ship to Canada...the import fees are extremely high. (115$)
