Great shoe. Second pair, but new color scheme because the red highlights are too awesome to ignore. Love the feel and the look. Best shoe out there.
The best lifter I have owned hands down. Very stable and solid construction
These are my first pair of Romaleos, and right off the bat, they're so much more rigid and stable than my last Inov-8 lifters. The Inov-8s felt more flexible, something a crossfitter would like. These Nike lifters are great quality and the color is awesome. I literally searched everywhere for these and am glad I didn't stop. I'm still getting used to wearing them, and am loving the choice of the two inclosed insoles.
The Romaleos 2 (red/gold) in size 8 were out of stock on every reputable online store. Good thing I ran into APS which was recommended to me by a friend. Customer service was quick to answer every question I had. Ordered them 3rd week of August and got them about 3 weeks later (I live in the Philippines), which is about a week faster than other online suppliers I used to order from. As for the shoe itself, everything as advertised. I got them in size 8 and I have to say this shoe fits true to size even when most people recommend getting a size smaller. Tried them in the gym for squats and it keeps your foot cemented to the ground. The 0.75 inch heel allows for greater depth and I noticeably felt much stronger. This shoe was expensive but worth the investment if you are into powerlifting, bodybuilding, weightlifting, crossfit.
