Because of this, we improved the shoe's feel for the floor and traction with re-engineered gum rubber soles that are thinner and more sticky.
For me this boot took a while to break-in the toe box area. It pinches and digs into my big toe right where it creases during forward and backward movements/walking. That's my only issue; otherwise its lightweight ,durable, good traction.
This shoe is comfortable and helps me with every means , that i am looking for in a boxing shoe

the shoes got stuck to the Matt on a left hook , my foot did not twist, made me tear my acl or my knee cap I will fine out today at the mri. They look good but but there to sticky to the Mat,
Bought these shoes for boxing. In women’s I wear a 7 1/2, and I measured my foot to be 9 1/2” so I ordered the men’s 6 1/2. Staying true to Nike’s style, always order up. Had to send them back which was a very tedious and expensive process (Amazon has spoiled me) and ordered a 7. These shoes have great arch support. Just be sure you break them in, they are obviously tight around the calf muscle and if you have big calves, you’ll need to undo the top lacing. Would definitely get these in another pair.
